President

Billie Jean Miller has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York since 1996 and has handled hundreds of cases from inception through trial over the course of her 28 years of practice. She has a wide range of experience in both tort law and commercial litigation. During her career, she has handled all aspects of general liability litigation, including premises and construction liability and contract litigation. She has conducted and defended over 1000 depositions. She also handles real estate closings for buyers, sellers and banks.  

Ms. Miller was born, raised and educated on Long Island having attended SUNY Stony Brook and Touro Law School. She was admitted to the U.S. District Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts in 1998. She initially began her legal career working for several large law firms where she eventually mentored and trained new attorneys and staff. She then opted to open her own law practice where she specialized in consulting for law firms and insurance companies who relied on her expertise in all aspects of pre-trial litigation in various practice areas. She has cultivated valuable relationships within the New York State Bar Association and the local bar associations on Long Island. She has insights into the practices and procedures of all venues within New York State to help guide your firm through the litigation process.
